By purchasing or participating in consultations or coaching with Akin Olokun (“Akin”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Educational Services Only

Akin’s consultations and coaching services are provided for educational, mentoring, and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice of any kind. Akin does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical or mental health condition and is not acting as a physician, therapist, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own health, wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and after consultations or coaching. Any information, recommendations, or guidance provided are intended to support your personal goals and are not medical advice or treatment.

You should seek appropriate care from qualified healthcare professionals whenever necessary and to consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your lifestyle (diet, supplements, medications, exercise, etc.).

No Guarantee of Results

Akin makes no guarantees regarding any specific outcome, including improvements in health, wellness, or quality of life. Results vary based on individual circumstances and your own implementation of the guidance provided.

Confidentiality

Personal information shared during coaching will be treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving suspected abuse or neglect, threats of serious harm to yourself or others, or compliance with a valid court order.

Electronic Communication

Communication may occur through email, telephone, or other electronic platforms. While reasonable measures are taken to protect privacy, no electronic communication or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you accept the associated risks.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, resources, recordings, and session content are the intellectual property of Akin and are provided for your personal use only. You may not share, publish, distribute, or otherwise make available any consultation or coaching session or its contents without Akin’s prior written consent. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in termination of coaching services without refund and any other legal remedies available under applicable law.

Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Coaching fees, consultation fees, packages, programs, and other services are nonrefundable and nontransferable, including in cases where you choose not to participate, cancel, or discontinue coaching after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

Release of Liability

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your decisions and for any risks associated with implementing recommendations discussed during consultations or coaching. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Akin, together with his employees, contractors, agents, successors, and representatives, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in consultation or coaching services, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms, Conditions, Disclaimer, and Liability Acknowledgment. Your purchase of or participation in consultation or coaching services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
